Bryan and Donnette are brother and sister who both inherited a love for antiques, crafts and all things vintage from their mother.  Both Bryan and Donnette are driven with this creative spirit and a genuine love of people, and wanted to pursue a way to enjoy both.  It all started with Bryan’s retirement after 24 years at HP, raising three sons and volunteering over 20 years with BSA.  The next step was finding a piece of land that would be a great place to bring together his tools and talents and provide space to gather family and friends.  Rosehill had a special place in his wife’s family, it was where her family, the Froehlichs and the Rudel’s, were raised in the early 1900’s and trips as a child to visit Tomball and Rosehill were special memories.  A parcel of land became available on the corner of Decker Prairie Rosehill and 2920 and they jumped at the chance to get it.  They’ve named the property Rosehill Junction reflecting that the property sits in the cross roads of Tomball, Magnolia, Stagecoach, Waller, Decker Prairie and Cypress.  The name also hints to the love of trains and railroad nostalgia that Bryan and Donnette inherited from their grandfather who was a railroad man his entire life.  The old farm house on the property was built in the 1930’s by Eddy Waller who folks in the area remember had an ice house across the street on the corner facing 2920.  Diana’s uncles still recall kicking back and enjoying a cold one back in the 40’s and 50’s.  The historic Froehlich Hardware store and Blacksmith shop is just a mile down 2920, founded in 1882, it is a place that holds fond memories of the earlier times in Rosehill.  Donnette proposed the idea of a craft market on the property and so the Market Days concept was born.  The old farmhouse was refurbished and Donnette has made it her home.  Donnette is fully immersed in the country life in Rosehill, the fresh air, fields and seeing cows out of her windows, she is excited to develop and manage Market Days at Rosehill.  Market Days at Rosehill is a remarkable and memorable family friendly place where local folks can sell their creations and the community can come stroll and shop the booths.
